Topic♯4Memories

      The time in America is so fast that I don't want to go back Japan now. I was narvous when I came here because I went abroad for the first time and I was not good at English. I also didn't like English very well. I didn't want to study English. But now, I can enjoy every day. Actually, classes is very hard. However I could study hard thanks for my friends.


      I'm not good at listening and speaking Engish. So it was very hard for me to keep up with classes. Sometimes, I couldn't understand about my homework. However, my friends helped me then. I learned great of foreigners here. Many Japanese people don't insist their opinion. They become silent people quickly. It is not good! I want to be the person who isn't afreid of insisting my opinion.


     My friends I made here are from other countries and other districts in Japan. It's very sad not to meet. I want to contact after this extention program.

Topic#3 Memorable Destination

       The most memorable destination is Laguna Beach. I went to beach in America third times since I came America. It was very sunny day. The sea looked very beautful. I like to look at beautiful views. So I was very fun.


       However, the most enjoyable thing is playing with defferent classmate. I played volleyball and Frisbee.  About a half of classmate are going same university in Japan, so I don't have opportunities to get acquainted with people who don't go different university in Japan. But I had the oppotunity that day. Almost all of them are older and they are very kind. They are like older brothers or sisters. I felt the strain because I have talked with them only once. However, they were friendly and I could enjoy.


      Thanks for playing together in Laguna Beach, I think I could make good friends. I made a tour of Disneyland with them and I will go to Universal Studios with them. Nowadays, I often play billiards with them. I am glad to meet the persons who are like them. When I go back to Japan, I want to meet them. I want to go to beach and play volleyball again.

Topic#2 someone I admire

   The peson who I admire most is my family, especially, my older brother. This is because he knew a setback and overcame from it.


   My brother is three years older than I. So, I could get information about an entrance examination and job hunting and so on. However he could'nt get it because no one knew it around us. He seemed to fail every time.


   When he was 15 years old, he wasn't good at studying and failed in an entrance examination. It was the exam which only 15 out of 240 persons failed in. And what was worse, I passed an examination in combined junior and senior high schools. So, I determined my course in high school earlier than he. When I think now, it is very cruel for him.


   However, his genius and efforts flowered when he was 18 years old. He entered in school without much ability for him. He would regret about the examination. He study hard very well. As a result, he got the best score on test. And he played Japanese archery. He was second in an interscholastic athletic meet which is a national athletic meet.


   I respect his efforts. I want to make an effort and get over when I suffer a setback. Next spring, he become a working member of society. I hope his activity.

Topic♯１-intoroductions

 Hello, my name is Kyoko Kishi. I said Kid Kyoko in the class. I from Japan, Shiga. Shiga is next  to Kyoto. It has Biwa Lake which is the biggest lake in Japan. My familiy is father, mother, older brother and me. I'm a 1st grade student of Kwansei Gakuin University. I major in commercial science. So I study management, marketing, finance and economy. I was interested in marketing in the past but I'm interested in finance now. This is because I studyed  finance in the class called commercial science exercises last year. In the future, I want to work in circulation.

When I was a elementary and junior high school student, I was a member of volleyball club. I like playing volleyball very much now. And when I was high school student, I was a member of blass band. I played the bassoon which uses double reed. It is very difficult to play the correct interval.

 My hobby is going shopping. I went shopping with my friends last weekend. Even if I don't buy anything, I enjoy seeing clothes and accessories. And I like singing and listening to music, too. My favorite kind of music is rock. I like sound of guitar, bass guitar and drum. It is very cool. I often go a karaoke and practice my singing song by marking it. Formerly, I went to karaoke a week.
 I want to learn English and foreigh cultures from this studying abroad. Nice to meet you! Thank you for reading.
